Avoid giving daytime sleep to the child let your child sleep by three wake your child up at nine in the morning or 10 in the morning and keep your child up through the day make sure that you don’t let your child sleep I know it’s going to be very difficult but if you manage one day like that then it will be easier for your child to learn to sleep early in the night
