Hi First thing is that is your child really eating well or not that is something that I would like to know because if your child is eating well yet if the weight is not increasing then it is a matter of concern but if your child is not eating well only then obviously the weight and the growth of your child is going to get affected so in that case you should consult your doctor maybe for some supplement that is going to be helpful for this
