A. Hello, your question is related to your health problem like pain in your tummy after c section so mostly it is due to gases troubles but you should consult with gynaecologist

A. sometimes the lactational amenorrhea method continue up to one year also sometimes it can be less there can be possibilities of periods earlier you may consult your doctor if there is any problem
