A. Gently and slowly switching to solid food , let him taste flavours of vegetables like making tomato soup , moringa soup , then to khichdi , moong daal khichdi along with tomato and steamed vegetables, then plain daal khichdi, and let him eat on his own so he'll be more interested in it forget about the mess focus on your child.

A. To restrict the amount of milk to 500 ML per day and if your child is not eating that your child stay hungry for a while if you will not give comfort to the child by giving milk a child would be bound to eat what you are giving Baby the child will cry initially there can be a lot of crying drama and tantrums but you have to be lil firm at that point
