#asktheexperts Mera Beta 4 yr 9 m old hai, use baar baar cold cough and fever ho jata hai. Doctor kehte hain ki wo elergic hai slowly his immunity will be strong. But kya koi health supplements start kar sakte hain jisse uski immunity strong ho sake.

Ma’am these allergies do not subside on their own so if you are willing to you can actually check with your allergy doctor get the allergy test done for your child and proceed with the right treatment you can actually start with homeopathy along with that you can start giving milk with turmeric and pinch of black pepper that also helps in building healthy community
