By the age of two years it is expected that the child should be somewhere around 12 kg to the current weight of the child is good enough it is not that your child has less weight or less it seems appropriate to me currently plus of course if the white hair are happening you should check with the doctor and in the diet that you give make sure to include plenty of proteins in the diet of your child
