Thermophob you can apply on that area but prior to that keep cold pack or ice cube regularly for at least a minute with a break or maybe two minutes and then after that apply this tube very carefully it doesn’t get inside the eyes merged into the skin of the child within 2 to 3 days it should be better otherwise check with your doctor please
