Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 5 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! My son had a similar problem and it was concluded as blocked tear duct problem. I would advise you to check with your consulting paediatrician. If this is the same and what needs to be done further. You need to gently massage the duct and follow the doctors advice.
