A. massage the gums with a moist cold cotton cloth and give silicone teethers to chew on them if your child is having a lot of pain then occasionally you can give syrup paracetamol

A. Offer Something to Chew on. Use a firm rubber teether. ...Soothe the Gums. Gently massage the gums with a cool wet washcloth or a clean finger. ...Use Medication if a Pediatrician Recommends It. Use baby acetaminophen (Tylenol) to dull pain.
