Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. during teething, which can begin as early as 3 months, infants may experience itching, pain, drooling, swollen gums, irritability, and crying.gently massaging the gums, providing a clean pacifier or cold cloth to bite, and offering paracetamol for sevxere pain are common remedies. long-term daily use of painkillers, whether homeopathic or allopathic, is generally not recommended.
