RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl6 days agoA. Yes you can have non-veg there is no problem you can eat whatever you like to have but just do not have too much of spicy or fried food in terms of non-veg also just have moderate amount of non-vegetarian food and moderate spices only
