Milk can be given to the child 2×3 times in the day depending upon how you are following a schedule what is the entire day is the child is only on milk that is not good for overall growth of the child so just 6 to 3 times milk and try to focus upon giving proper food in the meanwhile would recommend you to start giving an iron and Multivite
