You can take a lactation supplement you can see if you take it with these lactation supplements with warm milk that usually helps in better lactation have plenty of fluids and you should make sure of having a good balanced diet if you’ve done any alteration into your diet maybe that the milk may have become low but try taking this supplement it will help you can take Shatavari powder
