Apply good cream or lotion to maintain proper moisturising in the skin of the child and clean it properly with a soap to maintain proper hygiene I would recommend you to opt for Babyhug cream that will be good and check with your doctor if needed you can get a LFT test done for your child of the itching or irritation is much on the skin
