A. Hello good morning !! Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include protein,high calorie foods for increasing weight. Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal (urad dal ladoo, idly, moongdal, chanadal, toordal), ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits powder, egg, meat, fish in regular diet. For increasing Hb level Include carrot,beet root, jaggery, pomegranate, peanuts, raisins, prunes,figs, dates,meat liver,yolk , Leafy vegetables (spinach, kale). Have more water and fluids.
