A. dear mum, for a healthy weight gain you should give protein rich foods such as eggs, non veg, pulses, legumes, curd, paneer, cheese, nuts like almonds and green leafy veg.

Try and give more of proteins in the diet of the child along with all the family food that you offer which is what is going to be benefiting for overall development weight gain and growth of your child and if needed you can also consult your doctor for some supplements to boost the appetite and growth of your child
