A. put cream. see in babies not all goes as per text so you have to follow with a good pediatric to decide the duration, frequency of feed n when to start weaning etc. see skin lesions always need check up ok. so you get opinion. you should put olive oil or any mild oil on the body to keep it soft n avoid dryness from cold wind
