#asktheexperts mam baby is suffering from Constipation (Hard stools) for the last 3 weeks, in the start he is not able to pass stool due to hardness, then as per doctor advice used Dulcoflex suppository with Movicol sachet 1 time, he feels good for 4-5, days after that again same issue then used Dulcoflex 5mg again, & Lactulose syrup 3 ml morning and evening now he is again not able to clear stool, crossed his leg put too much pressure on stomach but can clear only a little, please suggest what to do

A. I think Ma’am your child is having chronic case of constipation apart from using suppositories I’m going to recommend you these three things if you can do you can start giving prune juice in the night before sleeping then apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and start the day with a glass of warm water and include more papaya and fibre in the diet
