A. dear parent, at the age of 9 months, the foods that you can give Arsh are dal-rice with vegetables especially green veggies , veg khichadi, porridges, kheer, soft mashed fruits, curds , daliya, soaked and roti pieces in dal Can give egg chicken fish Add powdered nuts (almond cashew nut walnut) to food avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups and fruit juices as they do not provide enough nutrition and fill stomach. add ghee/oil on top of food for making it energy dense. you can start giving finger foods in between meals. avoid foods that can choke like grapes, nuts and raw carrot pieces. give pieces of soft fruits like banana, chickoo, foods like idli, dhokla (fermented foods are healthy) , besan chila, upma, stuffed paratha pieces, peanut butter bread
