Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi if you are asking for weight gaining food for your 7 months old child ,I would suggest to give boiled mashed potato,sweet potato,rice , banana ,apple , papaya, avacado, dates etc to your child you can prepare homemade cerelac with different pulses and nuts
