#asktheexperts Ma'am which milk should be given to babies after 1 year?? N while traveling if baby is not taking powder milk wat to give in substitute.. When can v wean off breastfeeding and how?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 month agoA. dear mum , after 1 yr give pasteurized milk u can choose full fat . milk intake not more than 300 ml per day avoid bottle it is recommended to continue breastfeed till 2 yrs of age

You can give cows milk buffaloes milk full cream packet milk whatever you prefer after the age of one year that’s totally fine and now here when you talk about travelling you should give 200 ML of tetra pack milk when you travel it’s easy to carry give it one go and then you can discard the packet so that’s a good option for you
