#asktheexperts ma'am my 8 months old is having constipation sometimes. how to deal with this ma'am or its common at this stage.

Constipation is completely normal in this age as you would know when you start giving food kids don’t have sufficient amount of water of fluids in the diet which is why this happens so try to include more liquids into diet and that’s going to help in better digestion and the motion would be better
