Your child should be eating all the healthy home-made foods that you daily prepare for your family like Roti, Sabzi, Dal chawal, vegetable curries, Paneer, cheese, soups, and so on. In case the family is non-vegetarian, even that should be included in the daily diet. Try changing the menu so that your child will taste different foods and flavours.
