take bath with warm water and neem leaves
or you can take oatmeal bath
you can apply pure aloe vera gel or thin layer of coconut oil too
all these help to soothe the itching
avoid taking processed oily spicy food
and keep your self well hydrated
wear loose fitting Cotton clothes
