A. Hai good afternoon !! Include fibre foods in regular diet Apple,orange,banana,papaya,pear grapes,tomato,cucumber,ridge gourd,bottle gourd ,ragi,jowar,wheat,dalia,curd helps in increasing bowel movements. Daily do tummy massage with castor oil or coconut oil in clockwise direction with finger tips.
