A. dear mum , 5 yr old child ko 3 meals , 1 healthy snack dein family mein cook hue same foods wholesome meal having grain/ millet , legumes dal beansprouts / egg non veg , veg , fruit , nuts milk /milk product intake not more than 300 ml

A. morning: milk + 1-2 idili, dosa, paratha poha/ upma/ oats add a fruit( apple / banana) mid morning( snack/ school tiffin): 1 fruit( papaya) dry fruits ( soaked almonds/ raisins) Lunch: rice + dal/ sambar 1 vegetable curry curd salad Evening snacks: milk or healthy drink moong dal/ boiled sweet corn / sandwich Dinner: roti + vegetable + dal or light kichd/ porridge ( daliya) Before Bed: one glass of milk Important tips: Make sure the child drinks enough water limit junk food Give a balanced and varied diet avoid forcing the child to eat
