No no not at all they can actually choke on their breathing in this age you cannot make your child sleep on the tummy that you can do after 7 to 8 months when your child knows how to roll over as of now it’s going to be right back and left then again right back and left because this keep changing the position of the child the head is going to be round as it is meant to be
