Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children4 weeks agoA. Babies start exploring things with their mouths. The first thing they will explore are their fingers. So putting their fingers in the mouth doesn't always they are hungry. Soon after they grasp things with their hands, they will start exploring them with their mouth. To ensure the child feeds well check their urine count. A baby should at least urinate six to ten times a day.
