#asktheexperts.kiyaan is 2 yrs 5 months and dose not finishes his food ever.also he eats very very less as per his age.what to do plz help and increase his appetite.

A. Hello Donot give chips chocolates farsan sweets sugary drinks packaged foods Try to engage child in outdoor activities like playing jumping dancing swimming football cycling skipping so that baby gets hungry & demands food give natural apetisers like Coconut water, vegetable soup, lemon juice, buttermilk, fennel seeds water
