Sarika guptaMom of 2 children1 week agoA. Sir you can give eggs and chicken and chicken soup to both the kids. avoid leafy vegetables and oily and maida food items during rainy season. give all seasonal and fresh fruits. give soaked dry fruits and roasted makhanas.
