A. hi mom give all the food cooked at home dal rice curd rice paneer burji roti or paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice soup rice add nuts powder in milk give as much baby is willingly eating

A. Hey! You can start giving your child 2 to 3 healthy home-made meals daily. Which includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leaf, vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy. Give your child, Dal, Chawal, Roti and sabji of choice. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced.
