As of now You should be going ahead with mothers feeding only that’s the most important thing up till completing the age of six months after that only you can start with semisolid food and all other things that you have not mentioned the birth weight of the child so I will not be able to tell you as to what should be the current weight but if your child has gained a minimum 2 1/2 KG’s in five months and that’s good enough
