#asktheexperts its been 3 and a half months since my delivery. i have been breast feeding my baby. for the past 4 days i face insuffiencient milk supply. i tried cluster feeding, had papaya, nuts and milk too. i donot see any progress. Can you please help?

A. Take lactare capsule 2 capsule 2 to 3 times a day. have ple ty of fluids, milk n milk products. take oats, fenugreek seeds, jeera seeds, saunf seeds water every day.

A. add fish, fresh greens, more almonds to your food . you will see the change

A. thank you mam.. i feel my breast is soft and light all the time. when i try to express, very little amount of milk i get. worried :( and baby cries on short intervals.

A. hi dear By the time a baby is 3 to 4 months old, they are breastfeeding, gaining weight, and growing well. It may only take your baby about 5 to 10 minutes to empty the breast and get all the milk they need.

Q. I am a breast feeding mother. My delivery was c section. from the nxt months of my delivery my periods was regular but from past 3 months i missed my periods. so is there any problem??
