Q.

#asktheexperts it's been 5 months since my delivery. I got periods every month and my flow was very low. but my bm was normal. now I ve got my periods with high flow and my bm is very low for the past 10 days. help

A. feed more frequently for adequate production. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregularities in periods till one year but it has no connection with breastmilk production

A. does it affect my breastmilk.. it is very low for the past one week
