Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be seen in hands fooft face and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydration adnd maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihistamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally

No, there is not you need a proper treatment and it can be cured with the help of antibiotics only. So in such case you have to consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you will after examining baby. Never give any sort of medication till it is not advised by Dr
