#asktheexperts Is it safe and healthy to include mutton in my 3.5-year-old daughter's diet, and how should I maintain her oral hygiene at this age?

A. Yes you can give it to the child no worries that all after age of 2 1/2 years you can start giving Redme to the child if you want to no worries at all and red meat can be digested but given small quantity and you should use a good toothpaste toothbrush to maintain hygiene while brushing twice in a day I would recommend you to go for Kiddodent toothpaste
