When the huge cracks or deep cracks into the nipple you can face this kind of an issue it can be commonly seen with a lot of women but during that time it is not suggested that you feed your child because the blood is coming out and cracks are going to get deep so which is why you should avoid feeding during that time till the time your nipples do not heal completely
