ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. hello mam no it is not a problem but it is highly unlikely that child must have attained all the 20 milk teeth. please count if your kid has all the 20 milk teeth

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Helo dear parent, no there is no such rule to have all the teeth by age 16 months. Only first tooth eruption is important before 15th month. Rest can come as baby's body and health.
