POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. If you are introducing egg for the first time in baby's diet, then give yolk first as it is easier to chew and swallow. Then, after some time you can grate the white portion of the boiled egg in different foods. Eggs are great source of proteins, calcium and iron and help in overall growth.
