See if your child is having milk before sleeping and brushing the teeth well before going to sleep then it is not a problem as a lot of people believe in Ayurveda they are having milk in the night is very good it gives a very calming sleep but if the child is asking for a feed while sleeping then it is not right otherwise it is healthy
