#asktheexperts is cows milk good for kids ? Or should milk be avoided as it is known cows milk is not suitable for humans!

Milk is totally suitable if you want to give it you can go ahead with that otherwise buffaloes milk and if any kind of milk does not suit the child you can see instant reaction in terms of vomiting loose motion and reaction on the body in terms of rashes and all and if you do not want to give either of the two then go for packet milk
