A. constipation has no relation to the time of delivery and constipation is common in pregnancy because of hormonal changes and you need to take lots of water and high fibre diet to reduce it

A. Hello good evening !! No constipation/hard stools is due to less fibre, water and fluids in diet. Have more fibre foods (fruits and vegetables , Cereals, more water and fluids) which increase bowel movements and avoid Constipation. Have glass of warm water with empty tummy and walk for 5-10 minutes this also increase bowel movements.
