POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy1 Year agoA. Tongue chewing is a common behavior among babies with most outgrowing this stage quickly without causing any harm. If your baby outgrows chewing their tongue in a few weeks, there is no cause for alarm.
