Maxtra is good you have to understand the problem that has happened lately is only associated one with one particular cough syrup maybe the batch was defective or something so I can understand your fear but from years we have been giving and suggesting these medicines which are safe for your child so if you want you can go for it or else it’s best to check with your doctor
