Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give syrup maxtra 5 ml to the child 3 times per day for running nose and give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination which will act as cough syrup for the child and if the problem is not improving in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
