#asktheexperts im the mother of one and half years boy and four years old boy they were facing cough and cold in every time... could you please suggest any home remedies??

A. Start art giving turmeric milk at bed time r in the evening to both of them and add little cinnamon to it as well add tulsi leaves in drinking water and give Vitamin C rich fruits

A. Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the oriygin need to give symptomatic treatment first likeu steam inhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

A. Hello dear parent! Try giving steam inhalation. Turmeric milk should help. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care.
