#asktheexperts If my child is active but not eating too well in terms of quantity, should I worry?

A. Hello Mum! If your child is physically active, happy and healthy, you need not worry too much. if your child eats small meals, try to give frequent meals that are fun and quick. Between the major meals, you can try options like paneer cubes, vegetable sticks, makhana, peanuts, nut ladoos etc.

A. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds and foods, passing adequate urine, showing no discomfort symptoms, gaining weight and height according to the age, developing motor skills on time, then nothing to worry about. Take care and happy parenting.
