A. Hai good morning !! Include high fibre foods ,more water helps in increasing bowel movements and avoid constipation. As baby is 7 months old give semi solid foods - Fruit and vegetables puriees,mashes,porridges,moongdal kichdi,curd....,cerelac. Regular tummy massage with warm castor or coconut oil relieves from gas,constipation issues.
