#asktheexperts my baby has constipation problem i give her prunes , apple juice but still she is having a constipation problem from one week sometime blood come while she doing pass stool pls suggest what can I do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, you can give black raisin water, Take 4-5 raisins and soak it overnight in the water. In the morning, boil it in a glass of milk. Stir well. Give this milk to your child on the empty stomach.
