Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. breastfeeding baby can pass stool up to 10 times some babies can pass stool once in 10 days There is no need to use any medicines for constipation in babies below the age of 6 months a baby can go without passing stool even after 8 to 10 days also it is common in babies of this age
